Hello everyone! if you wont to visit buenos Aires go to here!
The flat is in a 8 floor (with elevator) in Palermo (Charcas y Gurruchaga). In a very secure area and close to everything, (2streets from metro, Jardin Botanico, 5 from Plaza Serrano, and also from the mayority of the places to go out and visit)...
The flat is quite big, it have a Barbecue, a big living room already with furniture (with a very good calefaction system) a big kitchen with microwave, dishes, furnace, freezer, etc,etc...
There are 2 bedrooms to rent in a perfect state and with all the equipamente (television with cable, beds, blankets, etc,etc).
With the U$s 300 is included the internet, gas, electricity, cable, and all... you have to come to and see it you will not regret!!!!!!
The idea is to make a shared flat with 3 persons. There is already an student from argentine living there so we are searching for more 2 people.
There is not rules in the house, just to be clean and leave the things as you found it before...
